YOU MUST SIGN AND BRING THIS WAIVER TO TRYOUTS TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SESSION! IF YOU DO NOT BRING THIS WAIVER FULLY SIGNED AND COMPLETED, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRY OUT!
You will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tryout session to ensure a smooth check-in.
Minimum age for tryouts is 16 years old.
